By on site visits to the few Wind Farms in Nebraska that exist & interviews with their operators and with Advocates, Politicians, Developers as well as the Public we will try to explain just why Nebraska is so far behind other Wind Prosperous States in the development of this great Natural, Clean and Abundant source of Energy!
